Rick Bennett was on the Inside Source earlier this month to talk about the proposed legislative budget impacts on Oregon seniors. Among other things, Rick shared how the proposed budget cuts to senior services will amount to far deeper cuts than it originally appears:

As it turns out senior services will actually lose $3 for every $1 cut from the state budget — because the matching federal funds are also lost.
